Once again, I need to apologize for the delay. By now, you should be used to the fact that I am not very punctual with these matters. This Godsplash took place during Jenny + Timmy's birthday in August of 2003. This turned out to be the final Godsplash of the season, so the attendance was down. The sophomore season was a pale shadow of the rookie year, but we (the people who attended) had a great time. Shame on you who never made it out, but also shame on me for not inviting you or not giving you enough notice. Oh well, what's done is done, and we can only try to make 2004 that much better. During this episode of Godsplash, my regular digital camera broke, so I was forced to use my backup camera. When my backup camera broke, so did the spirit of the kids 'splashing. What we have here is a sample of what took place that day in August.

My Uncle Greg looks upon the reckless abandon that us kids have by destroying our yard by flooding it. Our backyard hadn't seen a flood like this since the Noah days, as my Uncle clearly noted.

Chad was there to do what he does best - wear shiny shirts and spray down the Godsplash with the water that allows it to function.

James and Tim reset the crash board after crashing shoulder first into it. It's not really the safest way to end a run, but it's all that us po' folks have.

The Wessa family brought their cousins along for the ride, and we introduced them to a whole new way of life. That's Sarah finishing a run with the Rusty tube.

The rest of the family gets in on the action when Kevin takes the Rally tube down towards the bottom. Thanks to us, he now understand why we speak of the Godsplash in such high regards.

James waits patiently while my camera captures his soul. It's a good thing that I have family who share the same interests as me, or else I wouldn't be able to get anyone to show up to these events.
