Beer Pen with Mike + Pat

We stopped pretty much on top of second base, so that we could take a picture from the middle of the infield. Everything looks so different from down here. We didn't have time to look around, because the ushers were hollering at us to keep moving, so we did.

We wouldn't leave the field until I got a picture of Mike fielding a ground ball at 3rd base and not committing an error like Brewers 3rd baseman Wes Helms. We totally got yelled at by the usher behind us (in the blue/yellow jacket) so we ran off of the field.

I was able to take 2 more pictures before they almost physically removed me from the field. I didn't want that to happen because if my boss found out, I most certainly wouldn't have a job next year. But I complied with their wishes, but still took away a couple of photographs of that memorable experience with my buddies.

I bet you're wondering now - where was Pat during all of this? He flew off ahead of us during the base run, and we caught up with him back in the stands, just in time to get a group shot courtesy of the self-timer.

Then I took a picture with Pat, each of us wearing our retro Brewers shirts. We kind of look like conjoined twins just wearing one really big t-shirts. If I ever have to be conjoined to someone, I hope that it is Pat.

We stopped in the Brewers Fan Zone after the game, for I get a discount at the because I work at the stadium. Turns out that I get 25% off of clothes and 50% off everything else, so these sweat bands were only $5.00. Now that's $5.00 well spent if you want to ask my opinion. We posed for the final picture and the I went home and went to bed, for a night at the ballpark with two of the greatest friends in the whole world is just too much to handle.
