California Spring Break (Day 4)

I couldn't handle anymore destruction, so we walked out towards the water. It took us forever to go from the walkway with the shops to the water. The beach was so long, that I didn't even want to keep walking towards the water, but Craig made me. After all, I needed my picture with every beach I had visited thus far...

I turned back to look at the Venice Beach walkway, and got a better look at the amount of smoke that had risen into the air. The building itself wasn't that big, but there was a lot of smoke escaping from it. Several helicopters were circling the skies overhead, from police choppers to every major news channel in the area.

This is the famed Muscle Beach where all the doped-up steroid guys lift weights in front of all the tourists in order to look cool. I don't think they look cool, rather I think that they look stupid. Their muscles look like they are about to explode. Plus showing off in front of people is not cool.

Craig and I went to meet Steve for lunch. We met him at his office, then went to this bar that was in the some complex. We had a beer, after all it was St. Patrick's day, and ate some grilled cheese. Craig kept telling the female bartender that she couldn't pinch him, cause he was wearing green underwear. He kept trying to show us it, but we declined.

After lunch, Steve had to get back to work, so I said my last goodbyes. He really is a dandy fella, and a well mannered one too. I would have taken more pictures, but my camera battery went dead. So we left Steve alone to finish up his work, and Craig and I went to meet one of his friends. We were there for about an hour, and I used their outlet to charge my battery. Tonight, you see, was the grand opening of the new Hooters restaurant in Anaheim, and you know that I'm always ready for a photo opportunity.
