California Spring Break (Day 2)

Well, this is me Saturday morning. You were expecting something else? Well then you don't know me. Did you come to this site on accident? If you purposely came to my site (no one tricked you), nod yes and continue reading. My dad and I went to look at apartments Saturday morning, as he was looking for a permanent residence now that he was living out there for good. It was raining, pretty hard too. I got soaked, for I was ill prepared for this kind of weather. But I rolled with it, writing in my journal under the protection of a covered walkway. The place we were looking was nice, and they had free coffee and cookies.

I saw some palm trees just chilling next to this building, soaking in rain and carbon dioxide. I had a thought, a revelation if you will, that these palm trees would make a good desktop picture for my computer. I was right, and these trees graced my computer screen until I found a replacement (probably some picture of Britney Spears). Ah, to be a simple tree growing in the shade of a building in the California wilderness. 'Tis every grown boy's dream.
