California Spring Break (Day 9)

California Spring Break (Day 10)

I don't know why I am biting my fist in this picture, cause it's not like I lost my wife and kids at the Craps table. But I didn't really win, nor did I have much fun, so a fist bite is well deserved.

I wave hello from the inside of the moving van we were driving. Wait...moving van? That's right, my Uncle used it to move stuff to Palm Springs and we were returning it to the big scary city.

I actually got to drive this thing for a little while. We drove back to Craig's to get my stuff so we could stay overnight at Uncle Gary's house, cause it was closer to the airport. I then drove the truck, following behind my Dad so that we could return it and get back to Gary's house and hop in the hot tub before bedtime. I enjoyed driving the truck, pretending to radio other truckers; asking if there were any smokies up ahead and then ending it with a 10-4 good buddy. After the hot tub, the last thing that I remembered was falling asleep watching Three's Company. What's with me and crazy old 80's shows?

I barely got any sleep at all, and then woke up bright and early for my flight. Because LAX is just a huge confusing airport, and security concerns, I had to be there at least an hour before my flight. And of course it took 45 minutes - 1 hour to get there, I was there early in the morning. Then I had a 4 hour flight, lost 2 hours due to the time zone difference, had a layover in Chicago, then finally got home and it was dark. Sounds like a lot of fun, eh? That's why I took plenty of pictures on day 10. So after that, I got home and started work on the very pages you have just read. Damn I love Spring Break.
