This is the "Running Back" game. The goal is to find the holes in the defense, run through them, and score a touchdown.  I don't need to find holes in the defense, I make them. I crashed through those green gates like a runaway locomotive. That is why (in picture on the left) I am mocking the sign that states 'Run Thru Open Gate Only.' Not only did I display my insubordination to the rules, but also my weakness of being illiterate. Then I gave the game a mean look (in picture on the right) and told it to prepare for total domination.

Looks like the game took a little bit more out of me than I had expected. Being active sucks. Running around and scoring touchdowns is hard work. Running backs deserve their millions of dollars, but that still doesn't explain why Lil Bow Wow has more money than me.

My Dad watched me go crazy, but it would have been the first time. He's seen me go crazy since day 1. He took this chance to give a great big smile, and that is precisely what you get when Jenny's got her hands on my camera - random pictures

After my money ran dry (as it usually does, faster these days than in days of yore) Dan and I played the game in no-money mode. We grabbed a football from the passing game, and ran a couple of routes, using the gates as members of the defensive unit. A couple of times we were successful, and converted on 3rd and 1, but others we had to settle on Josh Bidwell making a terrible punt and giving the other team beautiful field position. That's just what happens up here in Green Bay. That went on for a little while, and I was exhausted.

Dan wasn't happy with my performance, and frankly, neither was I. I was so bad that I was, well, Doug Pedersen bad. So bad that the Coach doesn't allow me to throw a pass in the regular season. "Only in the Preseason son," is what Coach told me. So I had to make some  weak sugar-free lemonade out of those cranberries that I was given.
